• Provide oversight for site audits regime to establish risk management controls and audits to identify unsafe behaviors/ conditions and development of an action plan for each observation to mitigate risk and prevent an accident
• Review and execution of site’s annual EHS Plan, including projects driven by expense and capital budgets
• Review EHS Risk Assessments, and deliver training on workplace health and safety
• Responsible to maintain 100% environmental compliance of the site’s 200m3 Wastewater Treatment Plant and other emissions
• Calculation and monitoring of PEPSICO RECON KPIs for Energy Performance at the departmental level and utilities. Verification of analysis for target value as per Energy Baseline.
• Energy audit of Wastewater, PC 50, Cheetos, and Kurkure lines.
• RECON, Water stewardship and GHS Projects, and Kaizens MOCs evaluation.
• Support the maintenance of PepsiCo GEHSMS and ISO14001 management systems.
• Provide assistance in periodically review and up-grade all QHSE, SEDEX and FSSC procedures, guidance material and instructions.
• As a Team leader of QHSE & FSSC systems check all standard requirements fulfilled in all departments.
• As 5S Coordinator provide guideline to all zonal teams for implementation of 5S-system in their respective departments.

• Team selection and training on FSSC, QMS, SWOT, 5S, HSE, Fire Fighting, First Aid, ETI Awareness, HACCP Awareness, PRPs, GMPs and other related topics.
• Conducting Training Need Assessment, Making Training Plan with respect to TNA and TAQA for different personals as per their roles and skills requirements.
• Checking of different trainings effectiveness including induction and orientation training.
• Contributing to new business initiatives and projects; and review and communicate the impact of activities on quality and production demands.
• To assist in NCs Closure and determine the withdrawal procedure of nonconforming materials.
• IQA program implementation with RCA and CAPA against NCs raised in IQA.
