- Ensure that the water park operates efficiently and effectively within the Company’s fiscal and operational guidelines.
- Conduction lifeguards and guests relations officer’s performance appraisals in a timely, fair and constructive manner in order to promote their personal and career growth.
- Coach and discipline Colleagues in a fair and consistent manner in order to motivate and improve performance.
- Deliver job specific training and competency testing for Lifeguards and Guests Relations Officer’s or nominate them for training in order to equip them with the necessary skills, knowledge and attitude to perform their job effectively.
- Assist with guests complaints and feedback
- Manage the daily schedule for the lifeguards including breaks if required and rotate Colleagues fairly in order to increase productivity and maintain their well being

• Ensure adherence to all local, laws and regulations.
• Ensure all safety and security systems and procedures are followed to ensure health and safety of employees and guests.
• Ensure monthly safety meetings are conducted and recommendations are acted upon as appropriate.
• Responsible for the physical/aesthetic maintenance of the water park

• Orient all new hires utilizing company handbooks and support materials, conduct periodic on job training
• Provide training and recognition to employees at all levels and maintain team-oriented environment.
• Work within established guidelines and policies for training and development of associates
