• Worked on Genex Probe1.52 (Experience in optimizing the site in order to improve the coverage & detect the fault quickly).
• RND (Done RF Survey for many sites using software’s Map Grid, Map Info Professional 7.0 Etc.) .
• Conducting Drive for macro & micro sites to meet traffic and coverage requirements.
• Checking the handover performance between cells (Incoming/Outgoing HO).
• Planning and re planning cell size antennas (Azimuth or tilt) and/or location to meet traffic capacity & coverage needs.
• Perform and Analyze drive test and generate reports with recommendations and actions.
• Drive Test using TEMS Investigation, analyzing the Drive test log file using MapInfo and TEMS.
• Participate in technical discussions with the customer in order to gather product-related information
• Drive Test & Optimization Includes Checking the Signal Strength of a particular Ericsson sites in a region and accordingly changing the tilts and orientation of the GSM Antenna to improve the coverage area.
• working on MAPINFO tool for Drive test route planning, data analysis, Neighbors lists defining.
• Responsible for planning New Offloading sites according to cell utilization of existing site by analyzing utilization report of sites
• Propose the height reduction of Sectors if the signal is overshooting and co-ordinate with the team height reduction team.
• New site planning with Frequency, BSIC, HSN, Neighbors list defining using MCOM 4.2 optimization tool.
• Responsible for performing Pre-drive test and post-drive test for new site, BSC migration Drive Test.
• Planning Capacity sites based on the utilization blocking of the sites.
• completing the target of given number new of sites for drive and optimization on or before time, Responsible for Quality Assurance of total Drive.
