• Maintains calendars and schedules meetings; enters meeting commitments into shared calendar with CEO.
• Create, type, design, and edit correspondence including outgoing mail, memos, charts, tables and graphs.
• Follows up on action items with management team on behalf of CEO.
• Prepares and compiles information and materials for Board reporting and meetings.
• Routinely identifies and prepares meeting materials, including agendas, needed prior to all meetings; provides information for review by CEO in advance of meetings; maintains meeting minutes and action items as requested during meetings.
• Schedules and coordinates conference calls and video conferencing; reviews mail and emails as directed; distributes and sends mail as appropriate.
• Proactively maintains all files (digital and paper); modifies and improves filing
• Coordinates various projects and tasks to supporting employees and teams on behalf of CEO as requested.
• Performs other business-related duties as requested or assigned.
• Actively involves in managing of F&B sector of the company; prepares Daily Sales reports of Restaurants, Incentive schemes, involves in Sales Budgeting.
• Supply Chain Management - works closely with the team; bring about improvements in the existing procedures.
• HR: Coordinate and provide administrative support for all human resource activities (including postings, reports, file management)
• Write Business letters.
