- Managing, controlling the status and closing of all the IT related projects. I am responsible of contacting any external third party and coordinating with the different BoB (Bank of Beirut) departments needed in order to deliver the project successfully. In addition, I am responsible of providing full technical supporting to all BoB Finance teams in order to satisfy their needs. Below are some tasks tackling my responsibilities:
- Gathering business requirements and needs from the different departments to facilitate their work and to upgrade the different systems at hand.
- Analyzing the business requirements and find the best solution in order to communicate them to the development company. The solutions should acquire the requester’s approval and well integrated in our systems, as they should apply to the security policies set by “Bank of Beirut” risk department.
- Handling the communication with the different BoB departments in order to brief them about the project and assign them the needed tasks in order to deliver the project.
- Following-up with the different third party companies to get updates of the requested changes.
- Applying full testing scenarios for the requested updates on the testing environment before giving the final approval to deploy them on production.
- Documenting all the meetings, business needs and technical specifications.
- Doing in house development. I am responsible of developing any business requirement that is feasible of being implemented in house. Creating .NET solutions (Web Services, Web applications, SharePoint applications, CMD, Windows applications) and generating reports (from SQL or SSIS) that do not require any support from a third party company and do not break any legal clause within the contract signed between both parties.
- Applying different financial calculations based on the rules set by the accounting department on the different services provided; the calculations are performed over SQL server.

- SHS Internet (School Health Services, UAE): SharePoint 2010; creating custom web parts, workflows, lists and sites definitions and configuring the membership providers.
- Purple (Byblos Bank Intranet, Lebanon): SharePoint 2010; Visual Studio 2010 BCS and creating custom web parts on a credit application. In addition creating SSIS package in order to read items from excel file and inserted in SharePoint list.
- SEHA Internet (Abu-Dhabi - UAE): SharePoint 2010; Architecting and modeling the FSD (Functional Specification Document).
- Bank of Beirut Intranet: Migration from SharePoint 2007 to SharePoint 2010; correcting InfoPath forms and adjusting the designs inconsistencies.
- BoB Finance Internet (Bank of Beirut Finance, Lebanon): SharePoint 2010; Creating workflows, developing new web parts in addition creating SSIS packages to read data from third party applications and save them into SharePoint lists, and then to export data to text files.
- SGBL Internet (Société Générale de Banque au Liban, Lebanon): SharePoint 2007; creating custom web parts and user controls, custom columns, content types and lists using features.
- QOC Internet (Qatar Olympic Committee): SharePoint 2010; Create custom web parts and user controls.
- AAE Internet (Arab Arts Encyclopedia, Qatar): SharePoint 2007; creating WCF services that read from SharePoint, SSRS reports that consume the WCF service, workflows and finally I had to create custom web parts and user controls.
- MOPH Internet (Ministry of Public Health, Lebanon): SharePoint 2007; Updating and creating new SSIS packages (SQL Server Integration Services) and custom user controls and web parts.
- MOW Internet (Ministry of Work, Bahrain): SharePoint 2007; Updating and creating new custom user controls and web parts.
- Tamkeen Intranet (Bahrain): Creating windows WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation) application using Visual Studio 2010 and Silverlight.
- Tamkeen Intranet (Bahrain): SharePoint 2010; creating custom web parts that read from BCS (Business Connectivity Services).
- SKMC Internet (Sheikh Khalifa Medical City, Abu-Dhabi): SharePoint 2007; creating custom web parts and user controls, custom columns, and content types using features.
- Musanada Intranet (Abu-Dhabi): SharePoint 2007; creating custom web parts and user controls, custom columns, content types and lists using features.
- SAI Intranet (State Audit Institution, Abu-Dhabi): SharePoint 2007; creating custom web parts and user controls, custom columns, content types and lists using features.

- Coding with Delphi Borland Developer 2006 and Building databases in MySQL (application involve accounting and inventory system)

- Coding with PHP language using Dreamweaver environment

- Answer to the customer’s calls and visit them on site to check the issues they have with their computers and printers.

- Answer to the hotel guests’ calls and visit them to check the issues they have with their computers and network connection.
