• Providing explanations to customers on the origin and nature of the problem.
• Solving the problem or getting the issue fixed and informing the customer regarding the problem.
• Assisting customer’s queries regarding Credit Cards, loans, their details, and final bills.
• Retrieving customer queries by telephone or e-mail and work out and sending answer to customer.
• Listening helpdesk voice mails, working out on them, and answering them immediately.
• Identifying the issues of customers rapidly and precisely.
• Informing customers about the interest charged on their bills resources.
• Handling the telephone for sales and marketing of products on credit card.
• Determining problems or issues in queries or complaints handling nature and proposing solutions for Enhancements.
• Checking lines and categorizing the problems and issues of the customers.
• Helping the customers while they are facing the problems in cards (credit & debit) that they are active or not
• Operator speaks clearly and professionally and responds to or transfers calls answers general questions about services.
• Send messages to notification lists or people with information on alarms or extraordinary events. Also do page to doctors & executives for response
• Do fax for official & for patients.
• To requests service from maintenance technicians after receiving complaints.
• To enter data of call charging and keep accurate records, update the database and logs, caller identification numbers etc.
• Gives suggestions on how to improve operations, distribute job responsibilities and work in cooperation with all departments
• Also responsible for effective customer service
