• Primarily responsible for the payroll.
• Handling 650 staff salaries & other remunerations & settlements
• Besides Holiday Inn Resort - Goa; also responsible for staff salaries of sister company - Fishermans’s Wharf; located in Dubai, Bangalore & Goa.
• Calculations of Bonus, final settlements, adjustments for increment after getting Appraisal From received from the respective HODs
• Preparation of attendance records & working on the same with SAAM (payroll software).
• Co-ordinate with all the HODs for various issues pertaining to the employees like Attendance issues/contract renewals/salary revision/salaries on hold/clearances/ Awards to staff etc.

• Monthly calculations for Provident Fund & ESIC for medical claims.
• Handle Renewals of staff contracts.
• Handle queries of the PF Officers on issues with regards to Provident Fund of employees
• Maintaining registers for statutory reports like, Bonus Registrar - Form C
• Preparations of LIC forms - for permanent staff.
• Liaise with the Accounts Dept. towards proper & timely settlements of salaries/ bonus/
Bills
• Handle staff (recruitment) for special events where in we need to hire temporary staff (Out Door Catering - ODC staff). For which I have to source employees from various agencies for the event.
• Conducting Induction programs for new staff joining the org., issue appointment letters & take care of other joining formalities & induction programs
* Proficient in using IDS & SAAM software
• Involved in organizing events for the staff like Town hall meetings, Rewards ceremonies, Annual staff day, birthday celebrations etc.
