Responsible for to enhance channel productivity and optimizing the planning and performance strategy in Business to Business Unit (B2B) department. Achievements and core responsibilities includes but not limited to,
• Interpreting the data into reports by visual effects to facilitate business decisions.
• Developed strategies and reporting model to automate the data extraction and visualization process in an efficient way with highest accuracy.
• Extracting and processing data from various sources (BI - SAP, Siebel, iCBS - Huawei, Teradata - SQL, Access - MS, Excel and Tableau) and maintain logs.

•Defining & preparation of department's policies, procedures, processes and KPIs to ensure application and
implementation.
•Analysis of short and long term plans and identify optimization potential.
