Leading a team of 260 people and responsible for production management of 40.000 daily inflight meals for all Saudi international, domestic flights and foreign airlines.
• Promoted to Executive Chef.
• Production management of catering In Flight Kitchen - 30.000 meals per day .
• Launching and management of catering 25.000 meals per day in Noura university, Riyadh, and other outlets
• Organized the successful opening of many outlets: Institute Public Administration, AL Fursan lounges in KKIA, Saudi Telecommunication, Saudi Royal Air Force, Advance electronic (AEC), Al Salam Aircraft, National Commercial Bank (NCB), Royal Air Force.
• Led leadership development initiatives by identifying and mentoring high potentials to future leaders.
• Inventory management of Saudi Airlines Catering equipment to provide maximum availability of stock at all times and ensure smooth operations.
• Controlling catering orders, menu specifications for both outbound and inbound of Saudi airlines flights and customers airlines.
• Handling stock audits and statutory audits.
• Co-ordination with Department heads and Station Manager for operational requirements
• Ensuring the compliance of all airline equipment management as per the airline standards and requirements
