Constant vigilance all over the site to ensure that proper rules, regulation and code of practice are being followed by the workforce.
Responsible for the implementation of Health Safety & Environment policies of the company.
Preparations of HSE Plans & Task Risk Assessment.
Prepare and submit accident /incident investigations report.
Conducting Audits on work Permits, Confined Space, Scaffolding and site safety rules.
Plan and organize emergency response plan and Evacuation drills at work site.
Ensure safety of men, materials, equipments, healthy environment and maintain the safe working
Condition on site.
Plan and execute emergency mock drills.
Participate in client meetings where HSE is a major agenda.
Coordinate with the Contract Administrator on site safety activities, training programs, emergency plans.
Prepare training matrix and training ids and certificates for trained employees.
Conduct accident / incident investigation and reporting.
Preparation of weekly and monthly HSE Reports and submission to Clients.
Educating the workers and ensuring that tools, machinery and equipment are in proper working order, and well arranged.
To provide a safe working environment with Zero Accident.
Conduct Risk Assessment and Take Necessary Safety Precautions before starts the work.
Verifying all third party certificates of the Equipment.
Monitoring Heavy of lifting operations.
Inspecting of all electrical equipments.
Developing safe methods like proper earthling, reduced voltage use of residual current devices, and isolation.
Inspecting PTW on site, according to their work reinforcement.
To provide a safe working environment with Zero Accident.
Leading the investigation, if any accidents or incidents and making recommendations for avoid the recurrences.
Educating the workers and ensuring that tools, machinery and equipment are in proper working order, and well arranged.
Conducting tool box talks.
Conduct Risk Assessment and Take Necessary Safety Precautions before the work starts.
Verifying all third party certificates of the Equipment.
To provide a Hazardous free environment.
First Aid and Emergency Proceedings.
Conducting fire drills and Inspect condition of extinguisher, preparing of emergency evacuation plan.
Inspecting of all electrical equipments.
Proper selection of the equipment “to suitable for the purpose.”
Inspecting PTW on site, according to their work reinforcement.
