I participated as active member in the marvelous achievement of FTTH OSP deployment for 384 FDTs having approx. 200k Lines under 2012 year Target. Current assignments are but not limited to below,
•Act as a Program Manager authorized representative for all aspects of the contract with Vendors and Contractors in the assigned area.
• Fully aware of Project Schedule for assigned area, understand and follow approved processes and procedures.
• Managing contractors’ services, control quality and quantity of work performed.
• Verify that all allocated tasks and implementation works Related to ISP/OSP activities are fulfilled as in the MOP, WO’s and as per the Design’s Guidelines.
• Supervising work results and to compare results with guidelines and agreed plans.
• To ensure that results are compiled, documented and forwarded to the Project Manager in required format and quality.
• To ensure timely and correct presentation and explanation of results.
• To conduct any regional or site meeting and discussion required regarding implementation issues as raised by contractors or vendors.
• Interface with the Client’s Section Manager in the regions to share the Implementation plans and the dependencies.
• To inform the management team in time about required modifications, deficiencies, new procedures, or Escalations.
• To identify mitigations and recommendations to avoid potential delays to field implementation progress.
• To set objectives and priorities for the execution of work for all Civil/Fiber/ISP Works and Site Facilities.
