GIS Project manager for several mega projects in the utility, telecom and other business domain.
Executing projects in complex environments containing Servers, Firewalls, Virtualizations, High Availability (HA), Network Load Balancers (NLB), Citrix, SAN & NAS storages, Backup H/W & S/W solutions, Disaster Recovery Sites, and Oracle DBs in Fail Over & clustering modes/SQL enterprise. To build different types of applications such as desktop, web & mobile applications etc.
Design and provide full solution and system architecture and capacity calculation, starting from building the system from scratch until making it up & running, usable and stable, with taking in consideration the end user and customer satisfaction factors.
Conduct professional ArcGIS for desktop, Server, Geocortex, & ArcFM UT trainings for our customers and new joined employees.
A)Inside Duties:
1-Training responsibilities: train UNRWA users many courses such as: Basic computer skills, Windows7 O.S, and MS Office, etc...
2-Applications responsibilities: Daily using, and updating UNRWA's application such as: inventory system, BMC system, etc...
3)Help Desk responsibilities: Monitors the operation and perform of computer hardware and software analyses and resolve problems, provides a formal Help Desk Service to all users of PCs and software packages, and assists Users in the development of computer application.
B)Outside Duties:
Help Desk responsibilities: More than 20 health centers in Jordan receive my support as follow:
1. Test and check power and LAN installations on these health centers.
2. Resolve internet connection problems (MPLS and ADSL).
3. Install, configure, and troubleshooting users PC's, including hardware and software problems.
4. Prepare, install, and configure E-health system server at each health center.
5. Prepare, install, configure, and monitor the services server which is prepared as (Kaspersky server, print server, Authorized DHCP server, and others).
- Server responsibilities: install, maintain, configure, update, backup, troubleshooting Domain controller server, ISA server, Applications server, Storage & Backup server, and Kaspersky Adminkit server (hardware and software).
- Network responsibilities: install, configure, secure, monitor, and troubleshooting network.
- PC's and Related hardware responsibilities: install, repair, configure the PC's, printers, scanners and any other device.
- Training responsibilities: Staff section trainer (hardware, network, and firm products).
Network Administrator and troubleshooter :
Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting many network's type( LAN, WAN, etc... ).
Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting Win2003, ISA, and Exchange srever's.
Maintaining all server's and computer's problem's ( Hardware ).
Routers and Switches configuration and troubleshooting.
