In my short stay in addition to regular payroll tasks I have accomplished the following:
◦ Improved overall payroll process efficiency and accuracy by creating a holistic payroll plan with respect to payroll processes (including the reconciliation of monthly payroll), HR and payroll policies, payroll module of the HR system, and time and attendance management.

◦ Reduced the number of salaries paid in cash by 50%.
