 Employee’s Attendance Report to HR Department and Time Card and Overtime Sheets.
 Keep stock records for all type of materials for the farm.
 Preparation of Monthly Costing Report and Year End Reports for Farms.
 Collection of Cash Invoices and Preparation of Sale Report on Day to Day Basis, duly signed by manager & submission of the reports to the accounts.
 Raising quotation and ordering from suppliers to purchase farm inputs items and preparing money transfer through Account Department.
 Co-ordinate and Manage with Sales and Marketing Dept in the events of exhibitions and promotions.
