• To provide monthly report to Director regarding KPI of Service Business Unit
• To monitor and ensure all the service issue was tackle in proper.
• Planning, organizing and controlling maintenance system
• Work with staff to ensure high-performance and good work environment that supports achieving overall company mission and values
• Ensure technical standards, ASTM rules are regulated
• Implementing and developing maintenance work plans/goals/objectives

 To do installation and commissioning, training, service and maintenance of analyzer and instrumentation that IPSA represent as well as providing technical support and assistance to our customer in Malaysia.
 Field instrument calibration, analyzer calibration and calibration works.
 Perform & organize overall maintenance of lab analyzer for compliance with ASTM and ISO standard.
 Provide analyzer applications consultation, after sales service and technical advice to customers by working closely with the sales team trough field visit.
 To carry out Punch listing of complete systems on all instrumentation works and compile punch list outstanding work list.
 Insures all safety procedures are followed.
 Liaise with clients and other relevant departments for the necessary interface control and coordination.

 To service, installation & commissioning lab instruments i.e., Dionex, Hiac Royco, WSPS GEMETEC, Barnstead.

 Prepare electrical installation schedules, planning and co ordinations activities as per the Master Implementation program and make necessary adjustments to expedite works or activities.
 Conduct site pre-construction, in-process and post-construction inspection / testing of works.
 Check construction drawings for discrepancies and coordination with M&E.
 Assist in solving site problems, issuance of site instructions and monitoring the site progress.
 Liaise and maintain good working relationship with related Government departments/agencies and Local Authorities.
