mega New Port Project (value circa 4, 5 Billion Riyal) which I am
was working on. I am tasked with responsibility as the Marine
Crew Coordinator for the entire New Port Project dredging

Andritz Hydro (Austrian) is a worldwide hydropower company
with more than 175 years experience in turbine design. Andritz
in Indonesia is a main contractor and supplier of electro-
mechanical of Hydro power plants for government-owned
corporation which has a monopoly on electricity distribution in
Indonesia. My role was a Secretary to President Director for
Regional South East Asia and my responsible were mainly subject
to PD and secondary to BOD.
 I provided full administrative and secretarial
assistance. Enroll the implementation of instructions
issued by PD/BOD to the respective divisions to ensure
that requested information was presented and
communicated clearly.
 Daily organizing and ensured smooth running of PD
itineraries, appointments, calendar and extremely
complicated travel schedule including hotel
bookings/accommodation, vehicle rental arrangement.
 Coordinating special events and programs for annual
BOD meeting, guests and clients, dinners, etc. Ensuring
that hospitality is extended and all visitors are made to
