 The first duty of mine as a billing supervisor is to greet the customers (Patient) entering into the organization.
 Handling all the cash transactions of an organization. (OP with IP billing).
 Daily checking by dollar &franks, debit & credit cards, DD, and Company Insurance credit letters etc.
 Guiding and solving queries of patient
 Providing training and assistance to newly joined cashier
 Maintaining monthly, weekly and daily report of transactions
 Process transactions to the cash register by effectively and efficiently handling cash and credit card payments
 Enforce credit policies to ensure that defaulters and patients with extended credits pay on time
 Manage all patient billing and accounting correctly and efficiently.
* Sending daily collection report to my CFO and Chairman directly .
