. Organizing incoming and outgoing paper and electronic transactions and correspondences to the office of the direct manager and implementing directives in this regard.
• Schedule the appointments, meetings and interviews of the direct manager and complete their procedures according to his directives.
• Providing the studies, reports, documents, and information requested by the direct manager, and contacting the officials in the concerned organizational units for processing.
• Notify the circulars and decisions issued by the direct manager to the organizational units in accordance with the directives.
• Supervising the arrangements, reservations and travel visas of the direct manager, in coordination with the units and the competent authorities.
. Preparing draft reports and letters issued by the direct manager in accordance with his directives, following up their copies, reviewing them, presenting them to him for signature, and completing their registration and export procedures.
• photocopying and archiving the direct manager's correspondence. • Providing the direct manager's office with the necessary office materials, equipment, and services.
• Keeping the documents of the direct manager in accordance with the approved preservation system.
Preparing periodic and annual reports on the activities and achievements of the office, and proposals for developing its performance.
• Performing any other tasks related to the nature of the office's work as assigned by the direct manager
