- procurement and installation of office equipment and supplies at the field office
- Responsible for making copies and documenting on e-filing system, including purchase order, quotations, invoices and other logistical documents
- Handle all logistical issues, including maintenance of (sites, field offices and generators)
- Responsible of hiring and following up with site leaders, guards and cleaners
- Coordinate inventory of equipment and supplies in the field office 7-Coordinating the movement of vehicles within the field office
- Complete all tasks related to the Vehicle Information Management System (VIMS)
- Approving all exchange of vehicles for replacement, service and repairs and ensure vehicles are cleaned and refilled
- Ensure log books are in place on all vehicles, collect full records, calculate monthly mileage and fuel usage and to be documenting and uploading to the E- Filing system

Following up all activities on site to be according to the safety standards, convene toolbox talks, prepare risk assessment for activities prior starting since the works were consist of demolition of existing structures, deep excavations, working in confined space, working at height, scaffolding works,
lifting works, concrete works, rebar works, shuttering works and construction of electrical manholes.
