- Develop and implement BIM standards, templates, automation routines, documentation and workflow process standards
according to ISO 19650 guidelines.
- Collaborate and Coordinate Between all disciplines.
- Run and Identify and Document clashes between different discipline models as Reports using Navisworks Manage.
- Adhere to BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria and ensure Project Information Model (PIM) are delivered in
accordance with the agreed TIDP, MIDP and CDE protocol.
- Work closely with the project team, who are responsible for producing project information models .
- Collaborate and Coordinate with other disciplines design changes and Model challenges .
- Responsible for all outcoming and incoming BIM deliverables and scheduling to match the submission schedule.
- Support project start-up coordination, helping teams develop strategies for effective delivery of quality documents, and set-up
each project, thereby ensuring that each one is set up correctly.
- Autodesk construction cloud (formerly BIM360).
- Content Creation: Families such as parametric, Formula, Nested and type catalogs.
- Carry out model validation checks, coordination reviews and liaise with third party model managers for resolutions.
- Identify conflicts in the model, both real and potential.
- Report to BIM Manager and Project Manager .
- Creating and Modifying Naming Convention according to Client Requirements.
- Creating Project & Shared Parameters.
- Manage Project Collaboration & Central Files.
- Facilitate delivery of federated 3D model, hosted and linked BIM data.
- Keep up to date with industry standards and specifications regarding BIM.
• BIM Unit Tasks
- Provides basic training to project team members on both BIM tools and process, to empower team
- Navisworks coordination & extracting reports.
- Autodesk construction cloud (formerly BIM360).
- Creating Families and Project Templates.
- Develop Dynamo Scripts to automate repetitive activities and fill in the information.
- Autodesk Revit MEP Implementation.
- Check Revit Models Validation and Quality Assurance.
- Make sure all the models are following the BIM execution plan.
- Receive and maintain multiple models mainly for coordination purposes.
- Identify conflicts in the model, both real and potential.
- Report to BIM Coordinator and communicate with project teams.
- Creating and Modifying List of Drawings According to BIM execution plan (BEP).
- Modifying & Upgrading Models Level of Development (LOD)
- Creating Project & Shared Parameters.
- Manage Project Collaboration & Central Files.
- Creating and Preparing Presentations for different fields.

• Main Duties :
- Preparing Schedules and Quantity Survey.
- Preparing and Editing Bill of Quantities.
- Apply Client Modifications on Models.
- Check Model Validation.
- Coordination With Site Engineers.
- Report and communicate to Project Manager .
• Construction Projects:
1. New Giza Villas (Cairo, Egypt)
- Preparing Shop drawings & As-Built drawing based on Site Works.
- Quantity Take off from Model by Revit Schedule based on LOD 500 Model.
• Main Duties :
- Establish BIM Unit
- Preparing Families & Templates.
- Coordination With Site Engineers.
- Technician Engineer for Lighting & Power System
• Construction Projects:
1. Rove La Mer Hotel (Dubai, U.A.E)
- Starting The Building Model from A to Z by getting Design Drawing and invert it from Cad to Revit by
Coordination with other disciplines.
- Solving all Issues in Electrical Department from Templates to Families and Electrical Settings.
- Shop Drawings up to LOD 400.
