During my work in the technical office, I did the work of inventory and preparaƟon of extracts for 2
projects, and the owner was the Saudi Electricity Company and raised those extracts to the
electricity company. All competitions that are offered through the electricity company were also
followed, as the company is accredited by the Saudi Electricity Company, and pricing was made for
many compeƟƟons for the electricity company and Esnad Mining Company, and 3 projects were
awarded to the company.
Three projects for the electricity company were supervised in Riyadh, in the city of Arar and in the
city of Qurayyat, where the Arar city project was finished, and work is underway in the other two projects.
Projects: -
1-Construction of a security checkpoint at Arar Power Plant
2-Construction of a security checkpoint at Qurayyat Power Plant
3-Civil works in different locations in Riyadh belonging to the electricity company
i) Third Power Station
ii) Fourth Power Station
iii) Fifth Power Station
iv) Malaz Control Department Electricity Building
v) Training building
1-Support and Audit for subcontractors.
2-Attending progress meetings with clients and contractors
3- Shop drawing and site progress reports.
4-Quantity Surveying
5-Prepare shop drawings and as-built drawings, and ensure documentation and records in use are
reviewed, approved by the consultant.
6-Study and prepare requests for information, follow up subcontractor’s progress.
7-Prepare technical and material submittals.
8-Manage quantity surveying and change orders.
9-Check the quality of the work executed.
10-Follow up shop drawing approval, material submittal approvals.
Job Responsibilities:
Managing parts of construction project.
Ensuring that health and safety policies.
Supervising contracted staff
