Service Advisors are the first point of contact in the workshop for a customer and provide a
window to the workshop.
Service Advisor is the main image builder for the service department and therefore
should present a picture of faith and confidence.
Receive customer vehicles for service/repair jobs and raise repair orders on Dealer
Management Systems.
Service Advisor able to understand the customer needs, raising the Service Orders
accordingly.
Service Advisor is need to regularly follow up with the workshop controller and technicians
on their vehicles
Update Customers accordingly on the job progress and ensuring delivery of the vehicle at the
promised time.
