Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Working for the project team. 2. Handling all the document system in the project including project mates a program that can be accessed with the help of internet anywhere to get information about the project on an instant. 3. Gave all the IT supports such as back-up, uploading, trouble shooting. 4. Responsible for document controlling work and serves as a coordinator between client, construction management, consultant, project manager and contractor. 5. Safeguards contractual documents, drawings, maintaining, logging, updating, linking scan, and distributing the status of correspondences, checklists, variation orders, site work instructions, request for information, transmittals of shop drawings, materials, remedial notes, etc. 6. Sorting, checking and distributing incoming and outgoing mail. 7. Coordinating meetings and fixing appointments for the resident engineer with the client, follow-up and remind the concerned staff of scheduled meetings. 9. Maintaining an orderly project control file associated logs for letters, drawings, packages, transmittals and relevant documents related to project. 10. Typing reports, minutes of meeting, circulars and distributing copies of all correspondence to KEO head office, assisted part-time discipline engineers. 1 1. Performed all other duties that may be requested by the construction manager.
