• Participate in Preparing all plans and procedures Manual for projects portfolio.
• Development for current procedures & Forms.
• Review and approve the Invoices from the consultant.
• Preparing the reports and recommendations to client during and after tendering stage.
• Review for percentage of progress status for projects and prepare the progress reports.
• Preparing the reports for delaying projects and propose the reasons and solutions.
• Meeting with all consultants weekly for discussion all challenges and solutions.
• Review for reports submitted by consultants during construction stage and make the required analysis
• Participate in the preparation of projects procedures to run Unifier System -
projects : All projects related to National Housing Company Position : Contracts Manager Responsibilities :
• Preparing RFP, contracts, conditions & Specs for new projects.
• Preparing the technical and financial evaluations for the tenderers.
• Review and propose value engineering for new projects.
• Preparing the reports and recommendations to client during and after tendering stage.
• Follow up for Land / Plot allocation and distribution for residential Units.
• Preparing the reports for delaying projects and propose the reasons and solutions.
• Meeting with all consultants weekly for discussion all issues / Risk and solutions..
• Review the claims and Invoices submitted from Consultants and Contractors.
Time: From Dec. 2006 up to Sep. 2022 (K.S.A.)
Owner : Makkah Municipality - PMO projects : All projects related to Makkah Municipality Position : Engineering & Projects Department Manager Responsibilities :
• Review the new contracts, Specs and B.O.Q during tender stage.
• Participating in prepare Procedures Manual.
• Participating in prepare the new specification during design stage.
• Review and propose value engineering for new projects.
• Follow up for progress and status of existing projects and prepare the required reports.
• Preparing the reports for delaying projects and propose the reasons and solutions.
• Meeting with all consultants weekly for discussion all issues and solutions
• Review for reports submitted by consultants during design and construction stage.
• Member in projects handing over committee.
• Review for payments requests, Claims and variation orders.
• Prepare and development the forms for all works at projects.
