Director of Plant Maintenance & Utilities
Plan preventive maintenance programs to schedule inspections in liaison with team members. Prepare a variety of detailed and comprehensive reports and records related to plants operations, maintenance and safety activities. Allocate funds, control costs and maintain operations at level consistent with contractual guidelines. Oversee Compressed air, industrial gas, and cooling Water pipe network. Install and examine fire fighting pumps, piping network, and alarm system on a regular basis. Work in multiple locations to receive and review maintenance reports from factories maintenance managers. Actively contribute in regular staff meeting to discuss and resolve operation problems and determine the priorities of work. Allocate wirk schedules on regular basis. Interact with Vice President, financial, HR, logistics, purchasing, and training managers to discuss requirements, cost, and payment. Approve requisition and recommendation materials, sapre parts and tools to purchase. Perform follow up on services procedures and sub-contractors. Visit all seven locations and coordinate with maintenance team to overseeing the PM and solve faults.
* Ensure accurate identification, diagnosis, repairing and resolution of complex faults.
* Achieved bottom-line results by overseeing electric power panel, cables network, and light current system.
* Improved spare parts availability and plant efficiency through use of turnover rate studies, lead time studies, flexibility of parts and budget allocations.
* Set a benchmark of excellence by designing all electrical activities and installing all systems, compressed air, water, industrial drainage, cooling, and processing plants.
* Conducted visibility study for Energy included electricity, NG, water, compressed air, light current system, Alarm system, fire Fighting system, infrastructure, HVAC and ventilation system. as calculated the actual consumption load according to the manufacturer manual, Design and technical recommendation.
* succeeded in developing the infrastructure while selecting elements and components and overseeing the fabrication, installation, testing and operation processes.
* Changed the consumption rate and assigned new contracts through close collaboration with government agencies, consultant offices and specialise third-party.
