• Implement and maintain inventory for finish goods (FG), raw material (RM), and packaging material (PM) by regular review and optimization of inventory parameters and levels.
• Determine and track most important warehouse KPIs & Train, guide and evaluate warehouse workers.
• Participate with operations and inventory control team in quarterly stock take of warehouse.
• Organize and maintain inventory and storage area.
• Improve warehouse work processes through strategic planning to create a more efficient fulfillment system.
• Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and assuring quality of goods.
• Coordinate with all departments in head office to resolve any problems that may cause delay in supply process.
• Maintain and update standards procedures (SOPs) of the In/Out.
• Maintaining the Implementation of the FEFO/FIFO concepts.
• Produce regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Brief warehouse team daily.
• Implement different tasks that mange all works inbound & outbound related to around six giant clients (MARS - SAMSUNG - Shell - Laurie Egypt - Nestle - Mifad).
• Reporting the utilization of the orders to the top management and the customer to check their stocks and locations to check the occupied locations and the free locations to send us their dispatches to receive them to be able to allocate the daily plan & update shipping company dashboard.
• Understand the customer needs and actively using the information to promote excellent service to customer and maximize business efficiency.
• Analyzing Customer service complaint reports in order to support enhancing the supply chain & logistics process.
• Assist in running an efficient warehouse operation, which fulfill meet set targets and customer demand.
• Ensure and oversee that all tasks and operations are done with the right way and time.
• Report promptly on tasks completed individually and ensures probable.
• Train new Warehouse operatives within area of responsibility.
• Ensure inventories in area of responsibility are accurate.
• Support organizing and participate in audit takes at regular intervals.
• Ensure that there aren't any discrepancies between physical and systems.
• Ensure stock movements are recorded accurately.
• Delegate tasks and set deadlines.
• Set clear team goals and oversee day-to-day operation tasks.
• Docking / Document Verification.
• Loading / unloading with simultaneous Document Cross Verification.
• Segregation / Staging / Caging.
• Picking / Put away.
• Housekeeping tasks such as co-mingling moves, etc.
• Resource allocation and optimal utilization.
• Stock Replenishment - Expiries and Near Expiries (FIFO / FEFO).
• Safety, Security, Sanitation.
• Adherence to Company SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures).
• Implementing 11customer Requirements.
