Support shipping operations, handle documentation, track shipments, and assist with issue resolution. Collaborate with teams and carriers for efficient logistics and customer satisfaction.
• Documentation, Distribution, Customer Service and Client - Vendor Relationship. Capable of maintaining good contacts with Port & Custom Authorities, Shipping operators, liners and logistics industry professionals, etc.
