• As for the subcontractors maintain the contracts of every subcontractor and ensure the invoice is matching with the contract
value.
• Build strong relations ship with suppliers, project engineers and procurement team in order to fix the issue timely and
effectively.
• Interact with suppliers, handling their queries & issues.
• Prepare the list of all suppliers and subcontractors’ email in excel and update it on regular basis.
• Reconcile all the suppliers before the payment.
• Responsible for all Banking Transactions, Bank reconciliation and reconcile bank on daily basis.
• Prepare the file of all fixed assets and maintain register.
• Assist in internal and external audit work support to solve the queries and providing necessary document • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
• Review commissions - end of service settlements - monthly housing allowances payments.
