Main duties and responsibilities;
1- Supervising all the workshop activities include maintenance and overhauling for the different type of heavy equipments.

4- Coordination with the Technician team from the origin equipments supplier to solve technical issues.

1- Design, construct, & preparation of workshop for the new brand of heavy equipment launched in the market from A to z.
2- Find local spare parts supplier instead and do cost effective plan.

1- Supervising all the plant equipment maintenance activities includes: burners, overhead crane, mobile cranes, truck and forklift and air compressors.
2- Managing team of 6 technician and labors.

Achievements:
1- Replacement of Mechanical Air compressor with electrical one, work of scope includes constructs a compressor room with control panel and all electrical connections and pipe system.
2- Construct electrical and mechanical workshop.
3- Install and commission of 10 diesel burners at Riyadh Plant.

1. Maintenance for different type of precast factory equipment includes: Cranes(mobile and overhead), Dump Truck, loader, Trans mixer, batching plant, and crusher plant.
2. Managing team of 12 technician and labors.
3. Create annual plan for preventive and periodic maintenance.
Achievements:
1. Design and fabricate hydraulic tilting table. Purpose of the design is to avoid any defect in the structure of the precast wall once lifting by crane.
2. Design and fabricate extended paths for the overhead crane to maximize the crane utilization in the pre-casting area.
3. Change the electrical control system for Tadano crane 70 ton to manual mode.
