My Responsibility :

1) Reports, work place inspection (WPI), toolbox, training, the work permits, incidents/ accidents reports, near miss reports and unsafe situation reports.
2) Conduct the instructions and labeling for all hazards.
3) Review compliance to regional rules and regulations.
4) Ensure that SHEQ meetings are held, recorded and document controlled.
5) Enforce contractor's compliance.
6) Conduct accident investigations when required.
7) Assist management with the implementation of the SHEQ management system.
8) Promote SHEQ Awareness.
9) Monitor audit findings and recommend corrective and preventative actions.
10) Conduct risk assessments.
11) Issue Non conformances where required.
