Planning engineer working at planning and risk department with different responsibilities:
• Analyzing and understanding project requirements and determining the required timelines and resources.
• Preparing detailed schedules for various project stages and task requirements.
• Updating the schedule based on the project's execution status and updates in engineering submissions and procurements.
• Preparing regular reports on the project's progress, highlighting any delays or potential issues, and proposing appropriate solutions.
• Providing support to different teams in the implementation and monitoring of schedules.
• Monitoring project progress and verifying task execution according to the established schedules.
• Dealing with delays and changes in the schedules and taking necessary actions.
• Analyzing project performance, identifying gaps, and proposing corrective measures.
• Using Oracle Primavera P6 software.
Planning engineer & admin support working at maintenance management department with different responsibilities:
* Plan and schedule corrective and preventive maintenance activities by task and priority level.
* Manage work orders, documentation, and assets within the maintenance management system like Maximo software.
* Maintenance manpower planning and scheduling the daily shifts.
* Developing and tracking keep performance Indicators KPIs.
* Train employees on how to use the maintenance software.
* Assist and support maintenance manager.
* Serve as a liaison between maintenance and operations.
l worked as a mechanical engineer at Maintenance and Quality Control departments in obeikan flexible and films plant.
