• Following up all construction works for deep underground station 1B1, 3J1, 1A2
• Responsible for all operations on site from the commencing date up to ensure that the project is completed on time, budget and maintains all the standard procedures
• Monitoring all site construction and inspection works
• Monitoring that works are completed in accordance with method statement.
• Technical in coordination and supervision of construction at site, dealing with Contractors/sub-contractors
• Ensure works follow the approved drawing and specifications pertaining to quality and safety
• Check invoices, and update the daily and monthly progress reports.
• Shuttering checking before pre-pour and post pour for stability of structures
• Coordinating for all steel and concreting works
• follow up of performance and productivity of labor
My Responsibilities were managing a professional well experienced team of engineers of different disciplines, verifying extracted up to date shop drawings from issued for construction drawings, ensuring that approvals for all submittals for all works for all trades at the contract have been obtained prior to the execution, supervising the execution of all works for all trades maintaining high quality, solving conflicts between different trades, coordination between subcontractors, following up & replying on all related correspondences, holding coordination & workshop meetings, ensuring site has the recent shop drawings & being alerted of any modifications & changes through official transmittals ahead of time, review & verification of all submitted monthly payments certificates as well as any variation orders raised by the contractor, detecting any deviations from the original contract leading to being eligible or not eligible for variation orders, verification of any variation orders & claims received, and working with all departments/contractor/ subcontractors/ client hand in hand as one team towards achieving the completion & handing over the project to client before the target date seeking his outmost satisfaction.
My Responsibilities were handling all technical issues related to structures since I was assigned to Technical Department, updating shop drawings, solving any conflicts with other trades, coordination with other subcontractors, getting consultant approvals & advices & recommendations on all submittals, following up & replying on all related correspondences, holding coordination & workshop meetings, ensuring site has the recent shop drawings & being alerted of any modifications & changes through official transmittals ahead of time, preparing weekly technical report, detecting any deviations from the original contract leading to being eligible for variation orders, verification of any variation orders & claims received, and working with all departments/subcontractors/ consultant hand in hand as one team towards achieving the completion & handing over the project to client before the target date seeking his outmost satisfaction.
