• Identify any needed improvements to the systems to ensure the resources are better invested to reach the target results
• Act as the point of contact and communication between the customers & organization
• Accurately entering and updating customer information and call details in the system.
• Dealing with escalated customer concerns or complaints and ensuring they are addressed promptly.
• Communicating with customers through various channels. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Adhering to call center scripts, guidelines, and procedures to ensure consistency in customer interactions.
• Striving to meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call resolution times, customer satisfaction, and call quality.
• Managing multiple calls and tasks simultaneously, especially during busy periods.
• Collaborating with colleagues and supervisors to address customer issues and improve call center processes.
• Currently handling customer service for SPL mine center.
