 Coordinate with operation and It departments regarding online clients.
 Coaching for CRM system to new joined relation manager.
 Participating in marketing campaign and been in direct contact with potential
clients.
 Follow up with clients regarding their transfers to their portfolio and
confirmed that they are not facing any problems.
