- supervise receiving products from both company stores and suppliers.
- comparing what actually received with what stores transferred on company system.
- focusing on expiration dates and products status in receiving process. -
- supervise on updating prices according to company policies and its discount offers
- sending reports about any errors.
- Greet customers as they arrive in the store and provide them with information regarding products and/or services
- Respond to customers’ complaints and take necessary actions resolve their issues
