- Ensure factory workers wear safety clothing and provide them with protective gear such as ear protectors and glasses.
- Issuing fines or ordering work to stop if health and safety violations are discovered.
- Educating factory workers about the importance of safety in the workplace and directing them to emergency exits when needed.
