Review, and implement all human resource department policies, and procedures.
● Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner
● Collecting timesheet data and payroll information.
● Prepare payroll and fix all remark before final calculation.
● Calculating wages, other incomes, and other deductions.
● Responding to payroll-related inquiries and resolving concerns.
● Preparing periodic reports for review by management.
● Communicate with HRIS team to resolve issues with transactions in MenaItech System.
● Collecting and reviewing annual employee performance evaluation.
● Documenting all employees’ contracts via Mudad platform.
● Uploading WPS files in Mudad and responding all remarks.
