Co-operate with different suppliers to ensure an excellent customer service.
Customer service assists the passenger with itinerary changes, flight reservations and questions about customer loyalty programs.
He also helps passengers with providing flight information, issuing tickets, check-in, solving ticket-related problems and add baggage.
Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
o Answer questions about account types and banking accounts, loans and credit /depit cards
o Check on the status of customer accounts and track checks and payments
o Review and explain account charges.
o Assist customers with replacing lost or stolen credit or debit cards
o Assist with address changes.
o Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.
o Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information..
o Answer questions about certificate/warranties or terms of sale.
Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs and accommodations.
Book transportation, make hotel reservations and collect payment/fees.
Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages.
Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds.
Attend travel seminars to remain updated with tourism trends.
Enter data into our software and maintain client files.
Meet profit and sales targets.
Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Inform customer of deals and promotions.
Sell products and services.
