Ensure all work practices comply with company quality systems and HSE Procedures.
Ensure that equipment spare parts quantity (Min/ Max) is defined and sufficient spare parts are available. Also, the BOM and special tools are linked in SAP to the corresponding equipment. Prepare direct charge purchase requisitions of non-available spares as required.
Provide Technical evaluation of materials (stock level, material required to be in stock, direct charge material and short-term services PR’s etc.).
Warehouse material inspection establish warehouse stock items and order equipment on as needed basis.
Ensure that the frequency of Preventive, Predictive and Proactive Maintenance are developed for plant equipment as per international standards
Review /change PM frequency of Plant equipment in consultation with Manager and make sure all Plant equipment which requires preventive maintenance are included in PM program.
Provide advice and studies on equipment expenses to reduce the total cost of operating expense, to improve KPI results related to section and to improve and maintain reliability of on line process & systems
Review & Implement all HSE, Quality management policies and procedures. Assist department in compliance of QMS (ISO 9001:2000) and EMS (ISO 14001:2004) and identification, monitoring & control of environmental aspect and impacts. ITQAN
Participate in implementing MOCs to improve plant quality and reliability.
Conduct on the Job Training and refresher training to Technicians, provide technical support for supervisors & technicians. Also coordinate with Section Head for all training programs to maintain and improve competence of technicians.
Participate and support in preparing the turnaround maintenance activities.
Develop & issue maintenance reports for major activities, conduct internal investigation for rework jobs and give guidelines to prevent it in the future.
To assist to achieve department business plan including set targets and goals in line with over-all M&T business plan. Assist manager/section head & supervisor to prepare yearly budget.
•Developed and trained staff as per IDPs (supervisors and technicians) and maintains a continuous monitor on their technical competency level
•Handling the Tool Room and all tools which are related to the workshop.
•Handling and perform the inspection of all the rigging appliances.
•Handling and perform inspection for the forklift and crane.
•Handling all machine shop activities such as Lathe, Milling etc.
•Handling all the fabrication shop activities such as welding, fabrication etc.
