- Drafting contracts in both Arabic and English for corporate business and subcontracts and approving them with the official authorities.
- Handling contracts (Drafting, reviewing all types of agreements, tender documents, Procurement contracts, and third-party relations) and reporting the findings and feedback to the department head for validation.
- Manage updating prices of Contracts, Evaluation, and Supplier performance to advise management to renew re-tender, or terminate.
- Manage litigation by Following up on company legal issues in terms of lawsuits against the company, Police reports & governmental communications & representing the company in front of the Egyptian Court for legal cases handling all litigation procedures.
- Representing the company before all governmental and public bodies concerning obligations, rights, contracts, and legal procedures related to the company's business.
- Providing legal assistance to the Human Resources team for employment matters and contract to draft for employment and related issues.

١- الاطلاع على المواد المستخدمة والنفايات المنتجة والملوثات والضجيج الناجمين عن ذلك.
٢- إدارة الأراضي، وإدارة مصادر الطاقة والمياه والهواء.
٣- البحث في الطاقة المستخدمة في المشاريع وكيفية إعادة تدويرها
٤- دراسة أثر مشاريع التنمية المستدامة على المجتمعات والنظام البيئي كذلك
٥- دراسة استراتيجيات البناء والتشييد المستدامة
٦- بحث مدى التوافق مع التشريعات والقوانين البيئية
٧- دعم البحوث والمبادرات
٨- المساهمة في وضع مخططات ومشاريع مبتكرة
٩- تقديم الاستشارات والمدخلات التقنية الاستراتيجية
١٠- إجراء البحوث، والاستبيانات، والإحصاءات البيئية وتوظيف تقييمات الأثر البيئي لقياس مدى تأثير انبعاثات الكربون، وأداء الطاقة، وجودة الهواء، بالإضافة إلى التلوث الضوضائي
١١- تقديم النصائح للشركة حول كيفية التعامل مع التعليمات التي تتوافق مع القوانين والتشريعات البيئية
١٢- اقتراح تقنيات جديدة وتوضيح الأكثرها فعاليًة وفائدةً على التنمية المستدامة وقد تتضمَّن تلك الأمور استخدام مصادر الطاقة البديلة بهدف استهلاك استخدام الطاقة، وترشيد استهلاك المياه، والتقليل من النفايات
١٣- الإسهام في جعل الأعمال تطوِّر الوعي والضمير البيئي لدى العامة
١٤- كما يتضمَّن مجال العمل تأثير الأعمال التي تنجزها الشركات المعنية على البيئية والمحاولة قدر الإمكان من خفض الآثار السلبية منها مثل انبعاث الكربون
١٥- القيام بكافة الأعمال المتعلقة بالمشاريع التي تصب في التنمية المستدامة مثل التخطيط، والبناء، واستخدام الممتلكات
- Expressing the legal opinion of clients in all legal transactions.
- Writing notes and memos.
- Representing clients in all cases (criminal and civil for example).
- Drafting contracts in both Arabic and English.
- Negotiating contracts and reaching the target result.
- Pleading before the courts with different bicycles.
- Filing and Recording Lawsuit.
- Preparing all the legal documents necessary to implement what the client requests (such as issuing licenses).
- Draw up legal documents.
- Manage and advise clients on legal transactions.
Master of International Trade and Investments law (2020). Studied International commercial arbitration, Commercial Law.
Studied Economy, Commercial Law, Labor Law, and Civil Law. *Have a perfect student for three consecutive years, (2015:2018). *Conduct Student Representative at the Office of Quality Education, (2016:2018).
