• The preparation of the daily restrictions

• Prepare monthly treasury planning in coordination with logistics and programme team
• Cross check the treasury forecast for all bases on a bi-monthly basis & ensure its more realistic
• Consolidate & analyse mission monthly cash forecasts for Finance Coordination
• Ensure expenditures are in line with the forecast prepared, analyse discrepancy between cash and budget forecast and put in place corrective measures
• Ensure timely transfer to the basis based on their bi-monthly cash forecast • Limit cash flow shortage by anticipating cash and money change needs

• Managerial Skills :
• Ability to work efficiently with minimal direction, ability to work
• Supervise the petty cash and cashbox of his/her baseEnsuring that all departments and departments comply with the company's financial instructions.
• Coordination with external auditors
• Implement the decisions of the company's management in all matters related to financial affairs

• Preparing and studying the balance of auditing and financial reports

• Achieving expenditure control from the estimated budget
• Calculate the net profit for each item.
• Calculate the interest rate for each loan token from a bank, and has a hand in making the decision of the facility
• Book keeper of the daily, monthly, yearly transactions
• Payment to the suppliers and choosing the cost centre and deduct the bill amount from its yearly budget .
• Book Reconcilliation.
• Almizanao prepare and income statement • Petty Cash.& cash flow
• Preparing daily reports for management • preparing Tax declaration
