Main Purpose:
Organize the Production Process and Production Plan to achieve required productivity and ensure that the production lines are working with a smooth flow within quality control limits and safety.
1. Responsible for directing and controlling the production department's activities to achieve targets for quantity, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery with minimum production costs, to satisfy customer requirements.
2. Management of the production departments including production planning, labor, production lines, equipment at the production department, and printing recipes for the plan.
3. Work with the plant manager in maintaining records on Security Plans, RMP, PSM, and Repackage Chemicals.
4. Continuous improvement of productivity, efficiency of production, and product quality.
5. Responsible for scheduling the production including the trial and semi-finished products after the trial and finally closing all production jobs in XAL daily.
6. Responsible for training, coaching, and supporting the production team in terms of work Procedures, Work Instruction, Worklist, and hygiene of the factory.
7. Responsible for reviewing performance assessment of production team.
8. Cooperate with other departments of OEG/IFP to achieve the Objects of the company.
9. Responsible for analyses and taking actions on daily and weekly reports.
10. Responsibility for the performance of the production department.
11. Ensuring the production area is clean and tidy and up to the standard of HACCP/ISO.
12. Responsibility for structured and on-time production planning and production.
13. Responsible for the labels for the products that have the correct information (item number, item name, batch number, production date, and expiry date).
14. Responsible for the policies/training for production staff ensuring procedures and instructions are followed.
15. Report to the Factory Manager and regularly provide the necessary information from the department.
Main Purpose:
To organize production process to achieve required productivity and ensure that production line is working with a smooth flow within quality control limits and safety.
1. Lean manufacturing focuses on eliminating sources of waste and continuously looking for ways to improve the organization.
2. Plan, manage and oversee all elements of production in the factory.
3. Provides manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production, labor, and material costs; reviewing production schedules; estimating future requirements.
4. Keeps equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services; following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures; requesting special service.
5. Follow up Production plan to ensure that the product is working align with the plan and comply with the theoretical production time Rate(Unit/hour).
6. Train, supervise, and manage production line workers.
7. Analyze the problem Occur in some stage that affects the production flow and propose a solution to be discussed with the production manager for approval or amendment.
8. liaising and arranging with other departments ( Supply Chain, Maintenance, Quality ) to avoid production sudden stops which may affect shipments schedules.
9. Issue Production Report daily mentions the daily production problems and the details volume of production units and productivity rates.
10. Follow Up the worker's task and solve quick line problems to accelerate the production process and reduce discrepancies.
11. Identifying and highlighting risks and taking countermeasures.
12. Analysis of the data found in charts, graphs and other forms of measuring information.
13. Providing technical support and training.
Responsible for achieving 100 % of the production plan allocated for each line while following
predetermined Quality and Safety standards.
▪ Reviews and monitors production reports and prepares productivity analysis accordingly (including
downtime analysis and efficiency analysis).
▪ Directs production process per line and prepares production schedules.
▪ Coordinates with the Maintenance department on the implementation of maintenance schedules so as not
to disrupt production targets.
▪ Recommends preventive maintenance initiatives to the maintenance team based on machinery
performance supervision.
▪ Responsible for implementation of changeover process in accordance with the production plan.
▪ Monitoring waste rates, production scrap analyzing root causes, and suggesting means to reduce waste.
