MIS Reporting: Design and prepare routine and special reports as requested by management.
Analysis: Analyze financial and other information and prepare recommendations for management considerations.
Supervision: supervise the A/P functions, monitor and support A/P accountants in their day to day accounting activities.
Safe Money & Petty Cash Fund: Monitor and control the company’s safe money, petty cash funds (PCF) & cash change in line with established policies & guidelines.
System Improvement: Investigates and recommends improvement to the current financial system, work standards and procedures.
Bank & Cash Flow: Projection of cash flow for succeeding months, payment management according to bank position, prepare monthly bank reconciliations and coordinate with bank to correct errors.
Treasury: Manage facility utilization from different banks efficiently to minimize interest cost to the company.
Accounts Payable: Reviews all payable entries for accuracy and completeness, posting entries to G.L, prepare payments due to suppliers as per aging schedules, preparation & coordination with suppliers for account reconciliations and confirmations.
Audit: assist internal & external auditors at year end including preparation of schedules, invoices and explaining the supporting materials and procedures.
