1. Collect outstanding amounts
2. Update data promptly
3. Close accounts for clients
4. Provide discounts to customers
5. Maintain a database of discount customers

- Perform audit tests and procedures under the guidance of senior auditors.
- Prepare workpapers documenting audit procedures, findings, and conclusions.
- Participate in pre-audit meetings to understand the scope and objectives of the audit."
