• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot various medical devices such as compressors, dental radiograph, dental chairs (Dentsply Sirona, Vic Dental, Diplomat) and other dental clinic equipment.
• Collaborate with clinicians and other healthcare professionals to understand patient needs and develop solutions to improve device performance.
• Develop and implement procedures for routine testing and calibration of medical devices.
• Conduct quality control checks on new and modified devices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical support to customers and vendors regarding product functionality and performance.
• Worked with professional team in designing and manufacturing autoclaves according to customer
requirements (vertical, horizontal, large automatic hospital autoclaves, laboratory autoclaves)
• Providing technical support and other services that is related to test, calibrate and maintain autoclaves
• Accurately installing autoclaves regarding protocols and regulations governing medical device installation and maintenance.
• Preparing reports and schedules for periodic and corrective maintenance
• Training technician and clinicians to use machines properly
• Ensured that all safety conditions are operable and active
• Conducted routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment
• Ensuring that they were in compliance with regulatory standards and manufacturer specifications
• Participated in training sessions and workshops to develop technical skills and knowledge of new equipment and technologies
During my five years of rigorous study at Tishreen University, I acquired a comprehensive understanding of biomedical engineering principles, medical sciences, and healthcare systems. My coursework included in-depth studies in biology, technology, physics, and engineering, providing me with a solid foundation to tackle complex challenges at the intersection of healthcare and technology. I also had the opportunity to engage in hands-on projects and laboratory work, where I developed and honed practical skills in medical device design, data analysis, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
