The Data Entry contributes to improving the quality of ACTED programming through the accurate
registration of the complaints in the complaint follow up database (COMPFU). The Data entry is the first
point of contact for beneficiaries who need to raise complaints. Data entry responsibilities include
collecting and entering data in databases and maintaining accurate records.

Enters data into the computer and stores it. Communicate with drivers and trucking companies to set delivery dates, compare the data entered with the source documents, record truck departure times, arrival times, and number of transfers, as well as enter transportation fees for each driver.

▪ Supporting the Data M&E Analyst in the collect and digitalization of data about the beneficiaries within the databases used for the projects.
▪ Collected Data from the field, the survey is conducted by qualitative and quantitative methods, all the team members have a de-brief after the whole day’s interview, and prepare for next day.
