Job responsibilities:
* Execute the project within the defined targets (cost sheet, time
schedule, scope of work) to control the project activities proactively and
ensure sufficient management throughout the project life cycle to
minimize projects financial figures.
* Focusing in improving the customer satisfaction through customer
meetings.
* Work proactively to meet customer expectation in terms of acceptance
of project deliverables, manage acceptance and final project handover.
* Ensure project timely payment even under challenging circumstance to
optimize the project gross profit and operation cash flow.
* Involved early in offering phase to define procurement packages and
study pre-contractual conditions including awareness of risks with
negative impact risk factor, preparation of the technical proposal during
bid stage.
* Assure avoidance /mitigation of liquidated damages and other
penalties/ claims.
* Document of all work results, according to the valid results.
* Review received files from sales team and ensure proper handover for
the documents as per the pre-defined check list.
* Ensure prepare of drawing to be submitted for the approval in proper
time as per the engineering process that is approved and implemented.
* Review the proposal upon receiving it and prepare list of new
requirements that demand change order as per the process and project
schedule.
* Release project material and equipment after end user approval for
ordering and manufacturing, arranging the FAT, release for the
shipment, custom release.
* Supervision of project execution phases, installation, request for
inspections, material delivery requests, work permits receivers, testing
commissioning, requests for outage coordination with end user,
Coordinate with client, supplier’s designer and subcontractors.
* Aware of contractual and commercial issues.
* Ensure performance, productivity, efficiency, meeting schedule, safety
and quality.
* Organize project set up.
* Initiate material purchase, reporting to management.

* Availability:
