I work as a Senior master Trainer in a leading company for Education Reform and HR development.
I worked as a lecturer in High Diploma Program in ICT and Electronic School Management, plus training in ERSP (Education Reform Support Program) fund by USAID.
Assistant professor/ Deanship of university educational development/ Dammam University/ KSA.
The goals at the deanship are:
• To enhance teaching and learning practices in order to foster excellence among faculty members at the University.
• To emphasize that the articulation of learning outcomes in academic programs and courses should be in accordance with the National Qualifications Framework and that the most appropriate teaching strategies and assessment methods are aligned with the learning outcomes.
• To provide the resources for developing the instructional staff at the University and training them in advanced innovative methods for instruction and curriculum development, assessment theories, evaluation techniques and acquaint them with state-of-the-art methods, theories and recent research in education and instructional technologies.
• To promote professional development of the faculty on the basis of performance reports and propose ways to improve the performance that will contribute to the enhancement of the quality of learning outcomes.
• To devise policies and procedures as well as conduct research in order to improve the internal efficiency of teaching and learning operations in academic programs and to propose appropriate adjustments in order to achieve the highest possible level of quality.
• To raise awareness of the importance of enhancing teaching and learning practices within the University. Evaluate performance reports and suggest solutions in order to improve the teaching performance and experience for both the instructors and the students.
• Develop policies and assessments of the quality of the teaching and learning processes in the different academic programs and suggest appropriate modifications.
تحكيم الأبحاث وتقديم التغذية الراجعة للباحثين والمجلة من اجل اتخاذ القرار لنشر البحث أو عدمه.
توظيف النظريات التربوية والنفسية في تطوير وتحديث تدريس العلوم وخاصةً الفيزياء ودراسة اثر طرق التدريس الجديدة وفعاليتها على استيعاب الطلبة للمفاهيم الفيزيائية وتعزيز دافعيتهم وتحسين اتجاهاتهم نحو تعلم العلوم والفيزياء، ونشر نتائج الدراسات في مجلات عالمية لتبادل الخبرات وتقديم المساعدة للباحثين والإستفادة ايضا من الخبرات العالمية في هذا المجال.

مدرب خبير في الكادر العربي لتطوير وتحديث التعليم، محاضر لبرنامجي الدبلوم العالي في ICT، وكذلك الادارة المدرسية الالكترونيه، بالاضافه الى التدريب على برامج التطوير التربوي في الاردن والمدعومه من USAID.
