• Organizing all of the administrative activities between site operation and the company regional office.
• Coordinate between the location manager and the different crew members which in many cases include translating between English and Arabic.
• Developing and implementing new administrative systems, such as fingerprint system for attendance, archiving system and morning meetings activities.
• Conduct, attend and summarize client meetings to better understand and determine the project requirements.
• Assists the Project Manager in preparing the project organization, communication charts and presentations as well as answering client questions and general emails.
• Ensure clients’ needs are met in respectable time and manner.
• Keep the Project Manager and the rest of the team updated about projects status.
• Interact with clients to understand their requirements and provide appropriate services.
• Develop the strategic plan for sales and marketing as well as participating in local and area level exhibits.
• Prepare, develop and follow up on the process of customer service (after-sales service) and customer feedback surveys collection.
• Organizing the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment.
• Preparing official letters, speeches and general mailing.
• Assisting the director of Human Resources.
Work cooperatively with the training management as an intern.
