Practice programming and managing all factory machines
(Hartford, Fanuc Control )( WIRE CUT. AUTO CUT Control ) and (Goodway)
Applied basic knowledge of creating geometry, tool path generation, and tool path post
processing.
Provide safe and efficient CNC software.
Create mold design drafts ensuring all tolerances are set correctly.
Plan and monitor manufacturing operations to provide on-time delivery.
Assist in improving Processes to reduce manufacturing costs and improve the quality of
parts being produced.
Assist in training CNC fundamentals and the manufacturing process to others.
Display an attitude conducive to progress through positive change and continuous
improvement.
Develop implementation design. Practice programming and managing YOU GE (Fanuc Control)
devices.
Practice programming and managing CNC milling machines of the following
types: LILIAN (Fanuc Control), (Fanuc Control), SKY (Fanuc Control).
